Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in activities and events provided by HADO AR Sports. HADO AR Sports is a trading name of theSEvents Ltd, Company No 11161546, the official licensee of HADO's Augmented Reality Experiences.

I have signed this document in consideration to take part in a HADO AR Sports and Events activities. 

1. I understand that the activity may be physically, mentally AND emotionally intense and may require exertion to play/participate in. 

2. I understand that the activity may be dangerous if not played in accordance with the rules that will be explained to me in detail by the activity leader. 

3. While every effort to avoid accidents is made the possibility of injury to others and myself exists.

I confirm and agree that: 

a) I am fully aware of the risks to myself and others involved in participating in my chosen activity. And that under no circumstances will I deliberately go against the rules, safety instructions, or instructions given to me by an activity leader. 

b) I agree to exercise care while using HADO equipment, and to leave it in the same condition as when it was rented to me and/or Minors in my care. I agree that to be held responsible for any damages that occurred while it was used, absent any normal wear and tear or accident. 

c) I am both physically and emotionally capable of taking part in my chosen activity and have informed my activity leader of any issue/condition in relation to my chosen activity. 

Release: 

I hereby release, remise, and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever without limitations that I might have against theSEvents Ltd, activity provider for HADO AR Sports, and the owners of the property on which the activity I am participating in takes place. 

I make this release on behalf of heirs, my executors, assigns, administrators, and myself. 

You agree that the Minors in your care are to be accompanied by You at all times during HADO AR Sports and Events. 

You agree that on behalf of yourself, your children, family members, children in your care, and your heirs and assigns, that You knowingly and freely assume all risks of injury and agree to hold harmless theSEvents Ltd, HADO AR Sports, its owners, shareholders, managers, agents and employees with respect to any claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and court costs, arising from or related to Participant’s taking part in HADO AR Sports activities. 

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING RIGHTS THAT WOULD BE OTHERWISE AVAILABLE BOTH FOR MYSELF AND FOR MINORS IN MY CARE. 

BY CONTINUING WITH THE BOOKING, I CONFIRM THAT I FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THESE TERMS ABOVE AND FURTHER BOOKING AND INVOICE PAYMENT TERMS BELOW.

By continuing with the booking, I agree that is the legally binding equivalent of my handwritten signature on paper. I will not, at any future time, claim that my action is not legally binding or enforceable. 

A parent or legal guardian must complete booking on behalf of any minor participant under the age of 18. By continuing with the booking, I represent that I have the authority to sign and enter into this agreement on behalf of the minor(s) named in the booking. 

I understand that the booking is not confirmed until full payment has been made and monies has been received unless indicated otherwise on your group booking invoice. All bookings are not refundable, but may be credited to future bookings provided adequate cancellation is given by email to hello@hadoarsports.com. Admin fees may be applicable. We reserve our statutory rights to claim interest at 8% over the BoE base rate, and compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late payment legislation.
